Food Journal

I decided earlier today that I was going to start a food journal.  I guess I won't limit myself to where I journal.  That way I can keep up with it wherever.  I can journal here, through text messages to myself, or even emails to myself.  As long as I actually make a list of everything I eat in a day.  That's all that matters. I am hoping to figure out why I keep getting these scabs in my head and why my face keeps breaking out.

  1. Today I ate lunch around 11:30. I had a sandwich made with a sandwich round, spinach leaves, tomatoes, mayo, and a little salt. I also had chips with it. Later on I had two cheese hot dog and chips. For dinner I had one chicken wing, part of a chicken breast, Easy Mac, and probably six Oreo cookies. I think it's ridiculous that I don't know exactly how many cookies I had. I drunk Diet Sierra Mist with each meal and milk with the cookies.

  2. Today I have eaten quite a bit. This morning I skipped breakfast and drank a little water on my way to church. Once I got to Walmart after church, I had a Reeses Peanut Butter cup. That was supposed to keep me from being so hungry and buying everything in the store. For lunch I had rotisserie chicken and corn. I also ate a bunch of mint oreos. Again, I am irritated because I can't remember how many. Lewis dropped off ribs for the game. While I was making him some macaroni for the game, I had 2 ribs. Once I got back from the store, I cooked Rotel for Lewis. I had 2 more ribs, a bowl of Rotel, and a glass of diet Mystic. LOL at the darn diet Mystic. I am also going to eat three cookies I got from Zaxby's yesterday and drink a glass of milk. Oh yeah, I drank a glass of milk earlier with my cookies.

  3. I forgot to do yesterday's food, so here goes. I didn't eat breakfast, so I was starving by 10. I ate a Cashew Sweet and Salty bar and started drinking a bottle of water. At 1, I ate my lunch (leftover jimbalya (can't spell it)). It was way too spicy. I finished my bottle of water and ended up getting a soda because my mouth was on fire. I also drank a cup of coffee with creamer and 4 Splendas. For dinner, I had a Nibblerz meal and a bottle of water from Zaxby's. I also bought three cookies, but I didn't eat them.

  4. 2/08/2011 Food. For breakfast, I ate nothing. I did eat some fruit after I got to work. I also ate a cashew sweet and salty bar. I drank a cup of coffee with a creamer, four Splendas, and a sugar. I also ate a Nibblerz meal and three chocolate chip cookies. I had a bottle of water too.

  5. On Monday, 2/07/2011 I didn't eat breakfast. I ate a sandwich made on a sandwich round, with turkey, spinach, and tomato. I drank a glass of sierra mist and ate chips as well. For dinner, I ate rotisserie chicken and macaroni and cheese. I also had some fruit.

  6. Yesterday, I ate strawberries and sugar for breakfast. I ate a hot dog and chips for lunch. For dinner, I had a fried chicken sandwich with cheese, ranch dressing, and tomatoes. I also had fries with it. I drunk diet Sierra Mist with my lunch and dinner. I also had one cup of water. At work, I had a cup of cocoa with one creamer.

  8. Thursday, 2/10, I cooked breakfast. I ate bacon, eggs, cheese grits, and a biscuit. I drank water. I also made a big thing of smoothy with peaches, juice, yogurt, honey, and Splenda. I took it to work and drunk on it for about two hours. For lunch I had a turkey sandwich on a sandwich round with mayo. I also ate chips. I was about to starve around 7:45, so I had a bowl of Easy Mac and a cup of cocoa. When I got home I ate some chicken salad with chips and crackers.

    Yesterday, 2/11/2011, I didn't eat breakfast. For lunch, I ate catfish strips, mashed potatoes with gravy, and some sort of pie that was way too sweet. For dinner I had half of a Newk's Q and some chips with a glass of Sierra Mist. I also had a Reese's Air Fluff bar or whatever it's called and one piece of Valentine candy.

  10. Yesterday, I ate nothing for breakfast. I had some 100 calorie cookies once I got to work. I also started to eat a Special K protein bar, but it was too hard and didn't taste good. I ate some Easy Mac and drank some cocoa. Once I left work, I went to dinner at Stix. I ate so much. I had the Hurricane roll (crab meat, crawfish, and cream cheese wrapped in seaweed paper and flash fried). I also had some chicken and shrimp with fried rice from the hibachi. It was really interesting. I drank a Coca-Cola. At the movies, I ate a couple handfuls of popcorn. On the way home, I stopped at Bops and got a Snappy Turtle.
