Focus Teacher Reflection

One of my duties as a Technology Facilitator is to work closely with teachers funded under the grant.  These teachers, hereafter referred to as focus teachers, are classroom teachers who have been designated to receive equipment and services paid for through the various grants.  I started out meeting with them during planning periods and observing them during class time.  However, the equipment never arrived and they had little or no access to any equipment, so we decided that I would wait until January to start up again.  Throughout this semester, I have printed out lesson plans and talked to the focus teachers about ways they could integrate technology into their lessons.  Next semester, I will:

• Print lesson plans weekly and make resource notes on actual plans, because teachers said they do not go back and check lesson plans if the resources or comments are placed in ELS
